Sodexo is growing We are looking for a Unit Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. This position is a full-time role. Rate $18-$20 an hour. You will be offered a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

You are a dynamic and reliable person; you have good communication and interpersonal skills. You are committed to quality assurance and the safety of our internal and external customers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position encompasses a range of responsibilities related to office services:

· Operate various office machines.

· Receive, label and log lost and found items.

· Replenish kitchen supplies.

· Reconfigure room and workspace set-up as directed.

· Prepare packages and determine package priority.

· Log received courier packages.

· Sort and stamp mail.

· Ensure proper screening and sign-in protocols are followed.

· Receptionist back-up

· Report any immediate threat to safety and security to Building Security

· Report hazards to the Site Manager

· Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures

· Other related duties as required by client

SKILLS

· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

· Presents self in a highly professional manner to others and understands that honesty and ethics are essential

· Ability to maintain a positive attitude

· Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect

· Maintains a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers and client representatives.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

· High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

· Open to learning and growing

· Maturity of judgment and behaviour

· Maintains high standards of for work areas and appearance

· Complies with dress code requirements

· Maintains a positive attitude
