What We Expect?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in a technology or distribution organization.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce CRM.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members on Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
  • Compiling weekly sales forecasts for Executive management.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Salesforce certification(s) and experience working in a B2B sales environment will be an asset.
