Description
Our FC Data & Analytics team is looking for an Advanced Analyst to support our Live Analytics group.

You'll be part of a growing team focused on supporting analysis around player behaviour and live content performance within the FC franchise.

We're looking for someone with a passion for using data to predict future performance, and an expertise in combining the science of analytic forecasting with the art of incorporating business & financial factors into their projections.


What you'll do on our team:

  • Own the forecasting of our acquisition, engagement, and monetization metrics that form the foundation of how we measure the performance of our product.
  • Employ a deep toolkit of forecasting techniques and a knowledge of their use cases to determine the best possible approach to deploy for our business needs.
  • Collaborate with partners across product management, commercial, and financial teams to align on forecasts that all parties view as accurate, and keep the business updated on how our latest performance is impacting our live projections.
  • Expand the influence of your forecasting expertise over time into other areas of our business where predictive techniques are needed.
  • Lead presentations to diverse audiences including senior management.

What we're looking for:


  • A degree in a quantitative discipline (Analytics, Data Science, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics).
  • 7+ years of experience in an analytics role performing quantitative analysis with big data to help guide decisions.
  • 3+ years of experience developing product performance projections and forecasts using varying techniques.
  • Experience in modeling for predictive purposes (e.g. time series, regression, etc.)
  • Experience and comfort presenting forecasts & analytics to senior and executive level partners.
  • Expertise in SQL and ability to extract data from large data sources with differing structures.
  • Proficiency analysing large datasets in programmatic analysis tools (e.g. Python, R).
  • Experience with data visualisation software (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
  • Passion for playing and thinking about games considered a plus.

  • The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

- o $93,700 - $153,900 CAN Annually

  • Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
