    Nous sommes une entreprise leader dans l'importation et la distribution de fruits et légumes surgelés de haute qualité à travers le Canada. En raison de la croissance de la demande dans la région du Québec, nous recherchons un Directeur des ventes pour renforcer notre présence sur le marché de Montréal et Laval.

    **Résumé du poste :

    Le Directeur des ventes sera responsable de développer les comptes industriels et alimentaires au sein de la région, en mettant l'accent sur les fabricants d'aliments industriels et les entreprises de restauration. Le candidat idéal devra avoir une solide expérience dans la vente B2B de produits alimentaires et être passionné par la construction de relations, la stratégie de croissance et la gestion de comptes.

    **Responsabilités clés :

    • Développer et gérer les relations avec les fabricants d'aliments industriels et les entreprises de restauration.
    • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de vente stratégiques.
    • Gérer les grands comptes et développer des partenariats à long terme.
    • Travailler de manière transversale avec les équipes chargées de la logistique, de l'approvisionnement et de la direction.
    • Représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements et de salons professionnels.

    **Compétences requises :

    • 5 ans ou plus d'expérience dans la vente de produits alimentaires B2B (de préférence des produits surgelés ou en vrac).
    • Expérience de travail avec des clients industriels ou du secteur de la restauration au Québec.
    • Solides compétences en matière de communication et de négociation.
    • Bilinguisme (français et anglais).
    • Orienté vers les résultats, avec un historique de vente prouvé.
