Provide support to Hyundai Capital America's floor plan dealer portfolio including processing of flooring and auction requests, customer support on the Dealer Access module of the wholesale management system and maintenance of dealer credit lines in the Data Scan system.

Provide general administrative support for the Commercial Credit team.

Assist in the day-to-day management of Non Floor Plan accounts including fleet, commercial vehicle financing, real estate and working capital loans.

Collaborate with Accounting dept – Daily reconciliation, GL clearing transactions, and open suspense items.
Process transactions in DataScan Wi system - line adjustments, rate changes, equity transfers, banking updates.
Set up new FP accounts and new Auctions within DataScan system.

Process daily balancing to ensure all flooring transactions, ACH and wire disbursements are in balance and forwarded to HCA Accounting in a timely manner.

Manage high profile Commercial accounts, ie Mobility subscription, ILC, Syndicated accounts.
Perform system testing, as required, in preparation for system updates.

Post batches interfaced by HMA and KMA into the Data Scan Wi System and reconcile against HCA cash disbursement notification.

Process flooring of all non Hyundai and non Kia draft requests and reconcile to daily cash disbursement notification.
Process Enterprise vehicles and Rental Fleet funding, payment activities and daily balance reconciliation, account reporting & maintenance.
Process auction flooring request and Dealer Direct (DAS) flooring requests daily according to department service level requirements.
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Knowledge of Data Scan system a plus.

5+ years of related work experience with bank or captive lender.

• Work is performed in an office environment.
