- Provide technical support to all the internal departments and staff for all our IT hardware and software products
- Provide consistent service to clients to develop the feeling of dependability and trust
- Take responsibility for all assigned service requests
- Troubleshoot and manage a wide array of hardware and network devices
- Be able to build, troubleshoot and repair a standard desktop computer
- Provide some afterhours support and maintenance as required (primary hours of work will be 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday)
- College diploma or University degree in a computerrelated field
- Ability to operate a wide variety of standard office equipment including personal computers, printers, mobile devices, scanners, network equipment
- Strong knowledge of Windows domain environment, Active Directory, TCP/IP, Wireless, LAN/WAN, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs on occasion
- Available to complete hardware installation, managing hardware assets, deskside support
- Experience and knowledge in Windows 10 installation, imaging, customizing and deployment
- MCP or MCSA certification is considered an asset
- Networking certifications such as CompTIA Network, CISCO CCNA or CCIE are assets
