What You Will Do

Provide technical support to all the internal departments and staff for all our IT hardware and software products
Provide consistent service to clients to develop the feeling of dependability and trust
Take responsibility for all assigned service requests
Troubleshoot and manage a wide array of hardware and network devices
Be able to build, troubleshoot and repair a standard desktop computer
Provide some afterhours support and maintenance as required (primary hours of work will be 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday)

What You Bring to the Table

College diploma or University degree in a computerrelated field
Ability to operate a wide variety of standard office equipment including personal computers, printers, mobile devices, scanners, network equipment
Strong knowledge of Windows domain environment, Active Directory, TCP/IP, Wireless, LAN/WAN, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to lift up to 30 lbs on occasion
Available to complete hardware installation, managing hardware assets, deskside support
Experience and knowledge in Windows 10 installation, imaging, customizing and deployment
MCP or MCSA certification is considered an asset
Networking certifications such as CompTIA Network, CISCO CCNA or CCIE are assets
