Generations Cleaning is a growing company that services a wide range of commercial customers such as; Large Retail Stores, Condominiums, Co-Op's, Apartment Buildings, Offices, Medical Facilities, Industrial and Manufacturing.

We are looking for a full-time, heavy-duty cleaner role for a condominium in North York.

Our team is looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, who is hard-working with experience.

This position is Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

About the job:

Cleaning all common areas (foyer, elevators, gyms, seating areas, hallways).
Handle small repairs, light bulb changes and as advised by the Property Manager.
Perform frequent outside inspections during shift grounds, garbage area, parking lots (inside and outside) smoking posts, etc., and pick up any litter/loose debris.
Remove garbage from public waste bins in condominiums.

Requirements:

- a self-sufficient individual.
- follows instruction well.
- an individual who is dedicated to their work.
- passes a background check.
- able to clean and do small maintenance duties.
- an individual who has experience

Job Type:
Full-time

Salary:
$16.00/hr.
