    Description
    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator & Data Entry clerk to manage and maintain accurate data across portals and internal systems. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining database from different portals, and generating accurate Excel reports. Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Enter and update data from different portals into our internal system.
    • Manage and maintain internal databases to ensure data integrity.
    • Generate Excel reports with accurate data and formatting.
    • Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in the data.
    • Support day-to-day office administrative tasks as needed.
    • Ensure data confidentiality and maintain organized records.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or similar roles.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, and data formatting.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with portals, ATS, or database management systems.
    • Familiarity with reporting tools and data validation processes.


    Requirements

    Minimum 2 yrs Experience

    Working onsite from our local Oakville office. Working hours: 12 PM to 6 PM.
