Description

One of our clients is hiring a hybrid onsite IT Desktop Support Specialist to help them grow and manage 50-plus users within a Windows / Azure AD environment.


Our client's office is not near any transportation so thus this will require someone that can drive to the office.

Core responsibilities

  • Provide an efficient, reliable, and secure computing environment across a geographically distributed organization
  • Diagnose and resolve technical requests, and escalate when necessary
  • Manage Microsoft Office365 environment, includingActive Directory, and Group Policies
  • Communicate technical information to nontechnicalusers
  • Work with IT Vendors to research and procure IT solutions
  • Assist Customer Support team as needed

Required core skills

  • Very familiar with Microsoft Office365 managementon Azure
  • Understanding and familiarity with all layers ofthe ISO Networking Model
  • Windows and Mac troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills (English)

Salary:
$19.91-$30.33 per hour
