Description
One of our clients is hiring a hybrid onsite IT Desktop Support Specialist to help them grow and manage 50-plus users within a Windows / Azure AD environment.
Our client's office is not near any transportation so thus this will require someone that can drive to the office.

Core responsibilities
- Provide an efficient, reliable, and secure computing environment across a geographically distributed organization
- Diagnose and resolve technical requests, and escalate when necessary
- Manage Microsoft Office365 environment, includingActive Directory, and Group Policies
- Communicate technical information to nontechnicalusers
- Work with IT Vendors to research and procure IT solutions
- Assist Customer Support team as needed
Required core skills
- Very familiar with Microsoft Office365 managementon Azure
- Understanding and familiarity with all layers ofthe ISO Networking Model
- Windows and Mac troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills (English)

Salary:
$19.91-$30.33 per hour
