Responsibilities
As the strategic leader of our product team, your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing product strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and launch.
Conducting market research to identify customer needs and emerging industry trends, using insights to inform product decisions.
Defining and prioritizing product features and roadmaps, balancing shortterm deliverables and longterm vision.
Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement.
Engaging with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product enhancements.
Analyzing product performance metrics and using datadriven insights to optimize user experience and business impact.
Leading and mentoring a team of product professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or healthcare sector.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive product vision and inspire teams.
Have a proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
Exhibit excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abilities.
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Are adept at working in a fastpaced, agile environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
