Our Automation & Digitalization division seeks an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Richmond, BC, office. The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the timely payment of vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements. They will also provide general administrative support to our team of Engineers and Technologists as required.

Responsibilities may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:

  • Processing of invoices in an accurate and timely manner
  • Processing and reconciliation of expense reports
  • Liaising with vendors, management and other employees to resolve any payment issues
  • Assisting with monthend processing and reporting
  • Providing other administrative support as/when required to the team
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional accounting environment
  • Experience with Sage and/or SAP an asset
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Professional, courteous, and teamoriented

Salary Range: 45,000 to 60,000 based on a 37.5-hour work week.
