Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the lifecycle of professional services projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Assist in resource allocation, including managing schedules and ensuring that all project team members have the tools and information needed to perform their tasks effectively.
- Track and report on project tasks and associated employee efforts for billing and auditing.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure all project documentation is uptodate and accessible to relevant team members.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Basic understanding of Information Technology concepts and systems.
- Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a project management role is a plus.
- Experience with contracts and project financials is a plus.
- Experience with OpenProject is a plus.
