Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor the lifecycle of professional services projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Assist in resource allocation, including managing schedules and ensuring that all project team members have the tools and information needed to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Track and report on project tasks and associated employee efforts for billing and auditing.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure all project documentation is uptodate and accessible to relevant team members.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Basic understanding of Information Technology concepts and systems.
  • Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a project management role is a plus.
  • Experience with contracts and project financials is a plus.
  • Experience with OpenProject is a plus.
