Kitchen Team Member - Port Coquitlam, Canada - Boardwalk Brewery

Boardwalk Brewing is a quickly growing brewery located in Port Coquitlam, and we are looking for more enthusiastic and motivated people to join our kitchen team

Applicants must be available on evenings and weekends


Other qualifications include:

• Minimum highschool diploma or equivalent
• BC Foodsafe cert. or equivalent
• 19 years of age or older
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Have strong communication skills
• A love of craft beer is a bonus
• Ability to maintain calm and focused in a fast paced environment

Duties of a Kitchen Team Member include:

• Cook food in a timely manner
• Cleaning the kitchen and cold room
• Ensure appealing plate presentation
• Prep food for service
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
• Communicate with serving staff about the food quality and stock
