• Minimum 5 to 10 years experience
• Own truck and tools
• Certified carpenter or Red Seal carpenter
• Experience in residential renovation work
• Punctual, self motivated and leadership skills
• Ability to read construction plans and documents

• To possess the knowledge of residential construction and remodeling trades
• Do layout of framing and finishing of typical projects
• Keeping the worksite clean and orderly
• Do material take offs to ensure materials are ordered on time
