    Mission

    Our project management team is looking for senior project managers to oversee all stages of various institutional, industrial, mining and infrastructure projects of all types and sizes in and around the Saguenay region. You will play a key role in the tendering process, coordinating the plans and specifications process, managing the construction phase, commissioning and project closure, as well as preparing and holding project follow-up meetings.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Manage large-scale projects with budgets of over $50 million
    • Participate in pre-project studies
    • Ensure that the professionals involved respect customer needs and the established budget
    • Help stakeholders find solutions to ensure sound project management and implementation
    • Intervene with managers to resolve issues that may affect profitability, schedules, suppliers or on-time delivery
    • Prepare and lead follow-up meetings with the customer and other partners to ensure that the project runs smoothly
    • Be involved in all operational and strategic project management activities
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
    • Minimum ten years' experience in project management
    • Member of the OIQ
    • PMP certification an asset
    • Knowledge of construction and project management
    • Excellent adaptability and autonomy
    • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to collaborate
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
