This is a full time, thirty-seven and one half (37 1/2) hour per week position, with duties effective immediately.

LOCATION:
Catholic Education Centre, 802 Drury Lane, Burlington**
EFFECTIVE DATE:Immediately**

SALARY:
Salary Band 5 ($80, $91,074.00)

_ _JOB SUMMARY**:

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

Post secondary degree preferably in Business Administration or Accounting
Recognized accounting designation is preferred (CPA, CPA-CA, CPA-CMA, CPA-CGA)
Prior school board sector experience an asset
A thorough understanding of Public Sector Accounting Board (PSAB) accounting standards
Prior experience in the preparation of annual financial statements and development of budget and revised budget estimates is preferred
Minimum of 5 years progressive accounting experience
Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with computerized financial systems and Microsoft Office
