    Bilingual Territory Sales Manager Job Description

    We are seeking a self-motivated and people-oriented individual to fill the role of Bilingual Territory Sales Manager in Montreal, QC.

    Job Summary:

    This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in an independent work environment. As a CFIB Sales District Manager (Territory Sales Manager), you will be promoting services to small local businesses, building relationships with existing members, and prospecting for new clients.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Presenting CFIB's membership services to business owners
    • Seeking new businesses and building relationships
    • Meeting with existing members in person and managing account renewals

    What We Offer:

    • A competitive base salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, with uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses
    • Monthly expenses allowance
    • Matched RRSP contributions up to 4%
