Job summary
I am building a UK-focused bookkeeping and tax application designed for self-employed individuals,builders, particularly
CIS subcontractors. This is not a full production or compliance-ready system at this stage.
The goal of Phase 1 is to:
Validate the end-to-end user flowTest usability with real usersDemonstrate basic categorisation and tax calculation logicPrepare the groundwork for future HMRC (MTD) integration- User authenticationBasic user sign-up and loginNo advanced security or compliance requirements at this stage
- Draft tax figuresIndicative "draft tax figures" (clearly labelled as estimates)
