The Role
We are seeking a
Regular Full-Time, Human Resources Administrator (FTE 1.0).

**The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for supporting employee programs and recognition initiatives; organizes and coordinates staff and corporate events and coordinates staff communications.


The Human Resources Administrator delivers exceptional customer service to employees, leaders, physicians and partners and provides support to executive leadership team members as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administers EFW employee programs including but not limited to recognition and rewards, engagement, staff draws, professional appreciation weeks and employee events
  • Coordinates employee and corporate events including longservice awards dinners, appreciation events, employee lunches, career fairs and industry events and organizes other events as required
  • Organizes the purchase and delivery of floral arrangements and other employee gifts
  • Maintains the employee website ensuring that content is accurate and current
  • Maintains a calendar of employee communications and helps prepare and distribute communications
  • Creates and administrates a common HR documentation repository for supervisors and managers
  • Creates and distributes EFW newsletter
  • Maintains the EFW Online Learning Library; uploads new and revised policies as they become effective, maintains policy indexes and matrixes
  • Assists with the coordination of implementing new and updated Human Resources' policies and procedures and other documentation as needed
  • Collaborates on special projects by researching, developing and organizing information as required
  • Provides assistance and administrative support to executive team members as needed
  • Adheres to all privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures as they relate to EFW, our patients and our employees
  • Undertakes other related duties as assigned

**
You have the following**- Post-secondary education in one of Human Resource Management; Business Administration or a related field required;

  • 24 years of related experience in HR or administration; experience with communications and graphic design is an asset;
  • High level of integrity with the ability to keep confidential information secure
  • Ability to build strong relationships, and provide excellent customer service to EFW's leaders, employees and physicians;
  • Strong verbal, and written communication skills;
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently as well as member of the team
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and deal with confidential information
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail with the ability to identify problem areas proactively;
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects;
  • Desire to continually upgrade skills, knowledge, and abilities;
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision; and
  • Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions with employees, leaders, physicians and partners

Working Conditions

  • Able to work at any EFW location and provide own transportation
  • Able to spend prolonged periods at a desk utilizing a computer and monitor and performing other close v
