We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team who will contribute to overall success of our properties by providing a high-level experience for our tenants.

You will need to have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a tight deadline.


What You Will Do:


  • Complete work orders assigned in a timely manner. Examples of common repairs include basic plumbing and electrical, appliances, heating & A/C, patching & painting, doors & windows, cabinets & various fixtures
  • Perform daily checks of the property and mechanical systems, and complete scheduled preventive maintenance to building systems
  • Assist with Semiannual suite inspections and premoveout inspections
  • Coordinate with your Manager, and the site Resident Manager to plan and prioritize work
  • Identify deficiencies on new construction buildings, and coordinating with trades for warranty repairs
  • Respond to afterhours emergency calls

You Will Bring:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; preferably in multifamily residential
  • Basic knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs
  • Must be able to manage time effectively and complete work unsupervised
  • Basic understanding of power tools and equipment as required to perform tasks
  • Basic knowledge of safety requirements and PPE
  • Patch/paint and handyman experience required
  • Physical endurance and ability to lift, carry and climb as needed
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Able to be oncall on a rotational basis
  • Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong work ethic and a positive team player
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
  • Provide and maintain satisfactory criminal and vulnerable sector check upon hire
