Job description

We are looking for a Survey Assistant to join our team at our Surrey office.

This position will require the completion of numerous survey related duties, including:

Clearing foliage and other obstacles from transit lines
Taking linear measurements
Cutting, driving and marking posts and stakes
Locating and uncovering survey evidence
Assisting and establishing lines and grading using level, rod, tape and plumb bob
Assisting in preparation of field notes, sketches, cut sheets and survey computations
Locating and compiling legal plans and other survey documents as directed
Assisting with making and/or checking calculations
Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
