• Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Project Estimator in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong negotiation skills
• Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
