- Resolving common hardware, software, and network issues to deliver effective technical support to end-users via email, phone, and in person
- New system deployment & Auditing of hardware inventory
- Software deployment
- Account Creations and Management: Facilitate new account creations in Microsoft Exchange, M365, and MS Active Directory.
- Utilize the Help Desk ticketing system to log and manage support requests, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation
- Image and deploy new computers to ensure standardized configurations and a smooth onboarding experience for new users.
- Other duties as assigned
- Student in Computer Technology programs in Ontario Colleges
- Ability to work with desktop and laptop computers in a support role.
- Must be capable of working with Windows Desktop O/S(Win 10/11)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office/M365
- Ability to work in command-line environments (PowerShell) is an asset.
- Will occasionally be required to move computer equipment weighing up to 20kg.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to address complex technical challenges
- Exceptional customer service, technical skills, and analytical abilities
