    Overview


    We're seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity Leader with strong strategic and technical skills to support the growth of our expertise and our industrial control systems (ICS) cybersecurity team.

    Type of position: Regular.

    You'll manage client relationships and play a key role in strengthening our presence in the Québec industrial, mining and critical infrastructure markets.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in OT cybersecurity.
    • Lead a team of technical professionals.
    • Represent BBA at industry events, conferences and client meetings to promote our expertise.
    • Work with internal teams to develop proposals, scopes of work and pricing strategies.
    • Lead business development efforts to grow our OT cybersecurity consulting services across Québec.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients in the industrial, energy, mining, and oil and gas sectors.
    • Lead and perform OT cybersecurity assessments, risk analyses and compliance audits (e.g., NERC CIP, NIST CSF and IEC
    • Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA and other OT environments.
    • Provide strategic advice on cybersecurity governance, architecture and incident response planning.
    • Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate cybersecurity into infrastructure and capital projects.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity or a related field.
    • Over 7 years of OT/ICS cybersecurity experience, with a strong consulting and client-service background.
    • Proven ability to win and deliver consulting projects in the industrial or infrastructure sectors.
    • Deep understanding of OT systems, protocols and cybersecurity frameworks.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and proposal‑writing skills.
    • Knowledge of Quebec's industrial and infrastructure markets.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English‑speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects.
    • Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Quebec.
    • Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM or IEC asset).
