Tall Tree Integrated Health Centre is seeking an Administrative Assistant on a full-time basis to join our growing team at our Cordova Bay clinic located in Mattick's Farm.

As an Administrative Assistant, you are a vital part of the Tall Tree team and in the operation of our unique high-quality programs and services.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you play a crucial role in setting the tone for our patient's experience, treatment, and care.

You work as part of our care team by ensuring that each and every patient's experience is nothing less than exceptional.

• Welcoming patients warmly and professionally.
• Answering questions about our services and our staff.
• Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments using our Jane EMR software as needed.
• Submitting extended health claims to thirdparty funders.
• Collecting payments from patients and thirdparty funders.
• Communicating with case managers and adjusters regarding patient treatment plans and payments as required.
• Ensuring our patient's overall experience is comfortable and exceptional.
• Any additional tasks as may be assigned.

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service officesetting.
• Proficiency with computers and software including Microsoft Office and Jane Practice Management is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able and willing to perform essential functions in a fastpaced environment with multiple competing demands.
• Interest and passion working within a team, collaborating and engaging with a diverse range of professionals, and contributing to an exceptional work environment are a must.
