BCDRUG is a digital health platform that delivers prescription and OTCs to Asian Americans. Currently seeking an experienced operator to join the core team to operate and expand the business.

Compensation is a combination of base salary, bonuses and potential partner position.


General Manager (GM):

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, including setting objectives and KPIs
• Manage all aspects of the business, including operations, finance, marketing, and product development
• Build and manage a highperforming team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Represent the company in external meetings and events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or technology
• Proven track record of success in a leadership role, preferably in the digital health or healthcare industry
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
