As an Employer Partner of the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI), we are dedicated to enhancing our diversity and inclusion practices.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to the job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to find top talent.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites, providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
- Make presentations and build rapport with stakeholders.
- Coordinate management interviews by arranging schedules, travel, lodging, and meals.
- Escort applicants to interviews and arrange community tours.
- Assist with other recruitingrelated tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
- 12 years of experience in recruiting or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- A positive, professional, and teamoriented attitude.
Job Types:

Salary:
$15.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
