We require a French Speaker for this role.
Summary of Position:
BMS is a specialist Insurance Brokerage and we are hiring a full-time Client Service Specialist to join our award-winning team.
As a Client Service Specialist, you will be exposed to all aspects of our Canadian business and will work alongside the team to deliver exceptional member and client service.
Our Broking team works with professionals and business owners from a myriad of sectors including healthcare and professional services in relation to their Liability Insurance requirements.
We are looking for an outgoing, organized, and resourceful high performer who has attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and who embraces our culture and collaborative team approach.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
You will perform such duties that are reasonably associated with the position of a Client Service Specialist, including, but not limited to:
- Direct member and client service;
- Account management assistance;
- Office administrative support;
- Senior team support
- Must have the ability to respond to changing demands to ensure the quality and accuracy of all tasks are being adhered to
- Adhere to company and regulatory policies, procedures together with mandatory training & licensing requirements
Qualifications, Experience & Additional Capabilities:
- Client service experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and followup on uncompleted tasks
- Ability to cope in a fastpaced environment, working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong phone skills including listening and documenting information
- Interest in working directly with new and existing clients
- French speaking
- RIBO License preferred but not required
