In this role, you will develop and put into use an expert understanding of Monte Design products, shipping procedures and company policies to help move orders out the door faster.

You will be responsible for all products that ship from the Monte warehouse.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Organize and coordinate daily shipments
  • Create and print packing slips and shipping labels for shipments
  • Tag shipments with the appropriate labels. Attention to detail is very important.
  • Load outbound freight and coordinate paperwork
  • Move and organize the boxes at the loading dock for daily pick ups
  • Lead packaging team in coordinating tasks and skidding freight
  • Work with all departments to ensure schedule is being followed
  • Communicate with the customer service team so they can provide customers with accurate information
  • Reports to the Logistics Manager and General Manager

  • Microsoft Outlook Experience
  • Able to lift 50lbs
