WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking for outgoing and energetic Shift managers Shift Supervisors are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team.
Shift supervisors work with the management to provide direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customers' expectations.
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of daily operations and activities.The following provides an overview of the basic responsibilities of a shift supervisor:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of the crew who prepare, portion, and serve food
- Supervise the preparation of food by crew members for customers
- Establish work procedures and ensure proper use of bin charts and prep charts for proper service standards
- Maintain records of inventory, sales, waste etc.
- Train staff in job duties, cleanliness, food safety, quality, service and Health and Safety standards
- Ensure all cash procedures are adhered to
- Participate in managers meetings to give feedback on crew performance
- Control labour costs through hourly sales tracking
- Working in positions on the floor to help service our customers
