If you are an organization guru, have a love of marketing and all things food, and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic team - then this could be the job for you We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team who will be responsible for supporting the marketing team through a variety of tasks such as budgets, customer team requests, data setup, migration & general support

This role provides unique experience and exposure with the opportunity to work across a variety of plans, portfolios and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget Process/Tracking Owner

Coordinates budget management, including raising purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice coding/processing, IDMS coding/corrections and record

management.

Vendor setups with DNA's Marketing Team Data Setup, Migration & Support
Initiate Cost & Feasibility requests on behalf of Brand/Portfolio Marketing for projects outside of Innovation led
Responsible for the setup, modification, and maintenance of product and item data in SAP
Initiate and manage timely processing of Material Maintenance Request Forms (MMRF item set up in SAP) on behalf of Brand/Portfolio Marketing
Data Steward for the Product Information Management tool, and any required integration, for inputting and integrated systems (Full Tilt, GS1, etc) for

existing and innovation items

Finished Good Form Entry & Tracking for value engineering and key projects across North America
Change Deployment Lead managing and shepherding data through the process

Marketing Team Support

Trademark Legal Renewals
Product Sample Order Requests
Trade show coordination
Photo Shoot for all new SKUs (arrangements of products, MDM uploads into system)
Library management

Customer requests

Data Portal Updates
Photo requests
Product spec requests
CFIA and other regulatory agency related requests
Coordinate transition for retail PL customers (SKU setup, graphics, etc.)

Requirements:

Team player, with the ability to operate collaboratively, at times across geographies, varying timezones and functions
Quick learner, with exceptional attention to detail
Highly organized, with excellent timemanagement and project management skills
Results focused, with agility to adapt within a high transactional environment, often toggling between multiple deadlines
Critical thinker, with the ability to anticipate team needs
Problem solver, exercising sound administrative judgement and proactive about impending work in absence of supervision
Curious, with willingness to/adept at learning new software programs
Strong attention to detail, ensure integrity of data
Ability to maintain accuracy while handling large volume of data
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) to influence key stakeholders to deliver on time
High level of logic/reasoning skills
Experience working with SAP an asset
