Your Opportunity:

Looking for an individual who is ready to work as our Junior Finance Manager to start immediately


The roles/responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the entire customer experience from initial interaction to delivery.
• Present and customize protection products such as warranties, creditor insurance, and environmental protection packages.
• Work out payments and financing with credit approval
• Reading credit bureau and helping customers understand credit
• Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.
• Prepare and document any/all documentation for final delivery
• Assist with picking up vehicles and preparing for delivery

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create and build relationships with customers
• Must have the ability to listen and ask appropriate questions to ensure the customer's needs are met.

**- Knowledge and understanding of automotive sales qualification, pre-approval as well as finance process

• Ability and willingness to learn and be flexible under changing conditions
• Ability to be creative and persuasive in negotiating with customers
• Wellspoken, friendly and articulate
• Knowledge of used car market segment, and familiarity with vehicles available on the market

• Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers.
• Professional appearance

Previous work with subprime clients and lenders would be an asset but willing to train if you have the right attitude and proven track record.

Salary:
$45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
