Motivated by the highest possible stakes of climate change and global health, we're working together within a rapidly digitizing industry to find innovative technologies that guarantee the safety of our water and our environment.

This is a hybrid position, meaning 2-3 days onsite and 2-3 days remote per week. Must be in a commutable distance to our site in London, Ontario.


About The Role:

What Will I Be Doing?
Gather, define and document detailed business requirements and alternative solutions
Perform cost/benefit analyses and feasibility studies
Design and document all system and business impacts of the solutions
Define risks and limitations of solutions
Recommend and document solutions including impact analysis
Develop high-level implementation and conversion plans
Work with the business and project manager to manage change throughout the project
Support business users during acceptance testing

What Are The Qualifications?
Degree or diploma in a related discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems), or a combination of training and experience.
Business process and system knowledge in various business functions like Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Service etc.
Experience in cost benefit and functional analysis of IT projects for prioritization
Experience working in Agile framework with proven planning and organizational skills
Hands-on experience in providing production support to business systems is a must
Experience in implementation/support of business systems like Salesforce or an ERP module will be an asset.
