Description:
ATCO Frontec is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Operations department in Calgary, AB.
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the procurement team, as well as day to day operations.
Where We Work and Live:
- Provide support to various remote locations from an administration and supply chain perspective, as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of data within the supply chain management system
- Analyze SCM data to develop any required KPI reporting
- Contract administration support, including filing appropriate documentation within our SharePoint database
- Providing administrative support to the Supply Chain team during day to day operations
- Assist in new project mobilization activities
- Assists in the review of goods and services requests with internal customers and provides procurement services, including obtaining price and delivery information.
- Conducts spend analysis to identify trends and bulk buying opportunities.
- Engages with internal customers to ensure understanding and shared compliance of ATCO Procurement policies.
- Participate in purchasing field research to obtain market information and knowledge of supplier and contractor capabilities.
- Provides support to the team should internal customers experience problems with any Supply Chain processes/systems.
- Develops relationships with assigned internal customers.
- Conducts regular supplier and contractor reviews in collaboration with internal customers to improve service.
- Support Senior Supply Chain members with preparation and execution of Complex RFXs processes, as required
- Support as required, Senior Supply Chain Specialists with preparation of SCM strategies
- Analyze SCM data for RFXs processes, as required
- Strong Computer literacy (data organization/analysis) is considered an asset
- Good oral and written communications are required
- Proficient with Oracle or similar Enterprise Systems
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Analytical and spend analysis skills are an asset
- Must be a selfstarter/motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Detail Orientated
