    Job Duties Job Duties This position requires a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide quality and relevant training in a variety of food service management, nutrition, and food related courses.


    • Instruction and curriculum development of a variety of courses in the Food and Nutrition Management Program.
    • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
    • Participate in the development, maintenance and revision of curriculum.
    • Participate in program, campus, SaskPolytech, industry and other professional or other stakeholders' activities. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Specific Accountabilities Duties 1. Food and Nutrition Management Diploma
    • Two years' recent/relevant experience.
    • Effective communication skills (oral and written).
    • Effective problem solving skills.
    • Effective team building and conflict management skills.
