Description
Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is looking for an HR Assistant to join the team on a 12-month full-time contract basis at the Oakville head office. This role involves providing crucial administrative support to the daily HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support HR Department in recruitment tasks like reviewing resumes, posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and drafting offers
- Coordinate new hire processes and conduct orientations
- Maintain HRIS system, handle training records, and organize training programs
- Assist with WSIB claims and office tasks like answering phones and filing
Requirements:
- Completed or pursuing a Certificate/College Diploma or University Degree in Human Resources Management
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage confidential data
- Professionalism, tact, and diplomacy
