Service Scheduler:

The Service Scheduler is an important position. This full-time position is the first point of contact for our valued customers. The Service Coordinator will ensure consistent customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring and organizing workflow for the field staff to ensure completion of assigned obligations within established criteria
  • Creating work orders for quoted jobs, (and communicating work order scheduling and PO#'s for reference)
  • Maintenance & Submission of Building Reports to Various Customer(s), Portals & AHJ.
  • Coordinate quoted jobs
  • Updating and maintaining the schedule & dispatch board(s) and Scheduling technicians accurately and efficiently
  • Committing to the company's health and safety culture
  • Contribution to complete file administration as needed for the company's activities
  • Initiating regular follow up with clients regarding proposals and to ensure satisfaction with service levels and progression of work
  • Preparing files for auditing as well as changing any file problems, and updating customer billing notes as required
  • Job journaling between work orders to correct errors when required
  • Acquiring work orders for billing and filing any timesheets or other applicable paperwork as required
  • Receiving and logging incoming client service concerns
  • Ensuring that client issues are resolved expediently within the specified period

Experience & Qualifications:

years' experience in a similar position

  • Experience working with Building Reports Canada & Service Fusion would be considered an asset
  • A selfstarter, with emphasis in a teamoriented environment
  • Written and verbal communication skills

  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office products

Salary:
$20.00-$26.00 per hour
