As a Chief of Staff, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment.

FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

  • Execute upon the strategic and operational directives set by the Managing Director (MD), essentially providing executional capacity and operational leverage.
  • Leverage realworld experience to help guide the business through growth phases.
  • Guide operational and administrative teams, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Utilize a datadriven approach for strategic analysis, decisionmaking, and problemsolving.
  • Design and implement processes, workflows, and communication strategies to enhance organizational clarity and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the MD and other executives, employees, and external partners, ensuring alignment and coordination.
  • Manage special projects, aligning them with the company's strategic objectives and operational goals.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external communication.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the security of records and files.
  • Support the MD with administrative tasks, reports and requirements as required from time to time to optimize group productivity and output.
  • Assist in the management of the MD's calendar, availability with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a manner consistent with that of the MD and underlying North American Commercial Leadership Team.
  • To act as an operational extension of the MD and team to enhance productive capacity of the group.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally in an operational capacity within a fastpaced, growthoriented environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage both microlevel tasks and macrolevel strategic initiatives.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, operational excellence, and process design.
  • Experience in scaling operations and administrative functions in a dynamic setting.
  • Passion for using data to drive strategic decisions and problemsolving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster stakeholder buyin and collaboration.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with a strong commitment to driving results in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
  • Ability to manage conflict in a productive manner to achieve stated objectives and ensure alignment with organizational vision.
  • A proven ability to maintain one's composure and ability to communicate in a fast paced, resultsoriented environment.
