- At least 3 years of experience performing HVAC equipment maintenance, repair, and/or installation tasks.
- A valid driver's license to ensure reliable transportation to job sites.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.

WORK SCHEDULE, PAY RATE & LOCATION:
As a Service & Maintenance Technician at Trust Home Comfort, you'll enjoy a full-time schedule, working 40 hours per week. Some weekend work or overtime is required to accommodate our customers' needs. In addition to the rewarding work, we offer a competitive pay rate of $33-37 per hour, reflecting your experience and expertise. Along with a great salary, we provide great benefits, including medical, holiday pay, vacation pay, and profit-sharing for craftsmanship, plus company-paid uniforms, gas cards for the company vehicle, and the use of a company vehicle for work purposes. Our location is based in Edmonton, Alberta, and you'll have the opportunity to serve clients in the surrounding areas.
