    Job title: Transmission Line Engineering Team Lead

    Description

    A successful Power Transmission Line Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality projects.

    The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Solicit project plans from management, oversee day-to-day operations, manage workload priorities with team members in conjunction with Project Managers and Engineers-in-Charge. Ensure tasks are assigned correctly according to individual's strengths/skill level
    • Create strategies that minimize risk; apply knowledge of transmission line engineering standards including industry codes such as IEC IEEE ASCE CIGRE CSA NESC within approved budget parameters making recommendations on improvements where possible


    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated expertise in electrical engineering principles.  With at least 10 years experience preferably involving overhead transmission line design from conceptual phase through construction.The potential employee should hold: Bachelors or Master degree holder appropriately registered (as Engineer) under specific Provincial Association governing laws representing Canada e.g Ontario University Academic Institution Graduate Degree either Structural Civil Mechanical Electrical Information Technology Computer Science.) To build your future while our community thrives , you can share interesting information about job post via social media platforms whenever applicable.).
