Client Relations Manager.

The Client Relations Manager role is based in Toronto, with some travel, in order to build client relationships for our four clinics in the Ontario region.

The Client Relations Manager will maintain and strengthen the existing client relationships while working to build new connections for the clinics.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport and exude professionalism with all interactions
  • Experience with marketing, sales, or public relations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to problem solve and develop solutions to enhance business productivity
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidential records and information
  • Experience with social media marketing would be considered an asset

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain, build, and strengthen client relationships
  • Build strategies to help the company gain client referrals
  • Serve as main point of contact for referral sources
  • Regularly checkin with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Working with leadership to address any concerns and help resolve them
  • Researching new referral techniques to build relationships effectively
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business goals
  • Perform other tasks required, as assigned

Salary:
$76,000.00-$82,000.00 per year
