The Opportunity:

As the Manager of People Analytics and Data Insights, you will play a pivotal role in founding and spearheading the People Analytics department, building our data strategy from its foundation.

Your expertise in analytics and data insights will be central to shaping impactful human capital strategies.

Your responsibilities encompass designing and executing our data strategy, utilizing data to deliver actionable insights and timely intelligence that guide HR and business decisions.


Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life: Strategic Planning:

  • Develop a strategic roadmap for the People Analytics department, outlining the direction for the team and establishing objectives, while ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand current and future business needs and translate them into analytics initiatives.
  • Assess existing resources and data sources available and establish future requirements to ensure the seamless execution of the plan.

Data Analytics & Insights:

  • Establish and manage a comprehensive people analytics framework to drive HR and business decisionmaking, including industry benchmarking and development of KPIs.
  • Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to provide meaningful insights on key HR metrics and trends.
  • Support senior management in the interpretation of data and create connections between analysis to provide insight into achievements and underperformance at a team, function, and enterprise level.
  • Utilize statistical methods and predictive analytics to support workforce planning and talent management, along with other proactive strategies.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations in all people analytics activities.
  • Implement governance and security measures to safeguard sensitive HR data and maintain data integrity.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments to ensure seamless integration of people analytics initiatives.
  • Partner with the IT department to ensure the seamless integration of analytics tools and technologies, to understand our IT infrastructure, data storage capabilities, and security protocols, and to ensure full utilization of all tools available.
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and adjust analytics strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a highperforming People Analytics team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous learning and development.

What You'll Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Analytics, or another related field.
  • Proven experience in people analytics and data insights, with a focus on building programs from the ground up.
  • Strong background in data analysis, including statistical analysis, data modeling, and visualization tools, with experience in MS Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau and SAP.
  • Indepth knowledge of relevant data protection regulations and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, driving innovation and collaboration.
  • Change management experience and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
