Its media app 'theScore' is one of the most popular in North America, delivering fans highly personalized live scores, news, stats, and betting information from their favorite teams, leagues, and players.

theScore's sports betting app 'theScore Bet Sportsbook & Casino' delivers an immersive and holistic mobile sports betting and iCasino experience.

theScore Bet is currently live in the Company's home province of Ontario. theScore also creates and distributes innovative digital content through its web, social and esports platforms.


About the work:


  • Work as part of ESPN BET CRM team to prepare, schedule and analyze promotions and lifecycle communications for ESPN BET brand.
  • Draft promotional copy and create Branch links for deep linking purposes.
  • Work handinhand with both the marketing operations and commercial sportsbook teams to coordinate logistics and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Increase customer engagement and retention, reducing churn, and actively moving users further down the loyalty path.
  • Use data and work closely with the analytics, risk and commercial marketing teams to identify key customer behaviors, assess and provide regular reporting on campaign performance, and continuously identify ways to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Hollywood Casino team to ensure a cohesive crossplatform user experience.
  • Be a proactive part of the ideation process, contributing in team meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Other duties as required.

About You:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years CRM experience or equivalent position.
  • Indepth knowledge of the sportsbook/igaming space
  • Interest and passion for sports a plus
  • Strong copywriting and project management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail is a must.
  • Datadriven and curious about customer behavior.
  • Optimistic, solutions oriented and a great problem solver.
  • Strong team player, always willing to offer support and assistance when required.
  • Collaborative in your approach and good at building strong working relationships.
