What's the ask?

The Commercial Account Assistant Summer Student is responsible for assisting in day-to-day support of the commercial department for the summer break.

Key Responsibilities

Data entry of policy information into PolicyWorks platform
Additional support to Commercial Account Representative/Specialist team as may be required completion of Certificates of Insurance, ordering of MVR reports, preparing liability slips

What does it take?

Previous experience in an office environment and data entry an asset
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Indepth knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Efficient time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
