About this opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting digital enablement initiatives.

This is a crucial role in driving digital transformation within our organization by collaborating with stakeholders, identifying business needs, and translating them into effective business specifications and digital solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with multifunctional teams, including business leaders, IT professionals, data analysts, and endusers, to understand and capture requirements for digital enablement projects.
  • Conduct indepth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains through digital solutions.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while estimating timelines and resources required for successful implementation.
  • Work closely with technology teams to define innovative and feasible digital solutions that align with business objectives and support the organization's digital transformation roadmap.
  • Prepare comprehensive and clear documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, process flows, data models, and other artifacts vital for project development and execution.
  • Perform detailed costbenefit analysis, TCO estimation, and value capture projections to ensure that digital solutions meet the specified requirements and are achieving expected value outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models supporting project portfolio prioritization and the consistent, standardized measurement of value outcomes.
  • Support change management initiatives by helping teams adapt to new processes and technologies through effective communication, training, and user support.
  • Analyze data and metrics to provide valuable insights to stakeholders, enabling datadriven decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that digital solutions align with relevant industry regulations, security standards, and data protection policies.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and new technologies and provide recommendations for leveraging new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability working as a Business Analyst, preferably within the energy industry or other related sectors with exposure to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Minimum of five to seven years of experience in a business analyst capacity
  • Proficiency in business process modeling, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with digital technologies, such as IoT, AI, Big Data, Cloud and Computing
  • Familiarity with Downstream refining and upgrading business and operations processes
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the energy sector is advantageous.
