Job summary
We are seeking an Analyst to join our Loyalty Team at Loblaw. The successful candidate will work on the team responsible for long-term strategy, ongoing planning, and performance measurement of the PC Optimum loyalty program.- Using SQL, analyze a broad range of data sources (e.g., transactional, digital, sentiment) to uncover valuable insights about the PC Optimum program and its members
- Support consumer research executed through email surveys deployed to the PC Optimum member base
- Prepare reports and presentations on the performance of the PC Optimum program with a focus on progress against objectives and key results (OKRs)
