PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The role of the Alumni Administrative Coordinator is to assist with the organization, communication and administrative support for the Pastor of Alumni and Community Development


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist with the planning, communication and administration needs for the Pastor of Alumni & Community Development.
  • Proofreading materials
  • Note taking
  • Event planning
  • Venue bookings and Communications
  • Managing invites and RSVPs
  • Ordering materials
  • Updating website
  • Coordinating with other departments for fine details
  • Providing administrative support and organization, for Freedom Church services
  • Developing an executed systems of measurements
  • Coordination of team responsibilities
  • Ensuring reports are complete and on time
  • Assist with the administration and execution of Project Reach evangelism efforts.
  • Provide support to Alumni programs and efforts
  • Provide administrative support to the SURGE admissions and promotions
  • Assist with SURGE facilitation
  • Assist with SURGE, mentorship report systems
  • Assist with other projects in the ministry growth as needs arise (ie. administration support, special projects ect.)
  • Assist with the measurement, evaluation criteria, team structure, and annual budget, and goals of the department programs such as JOURNEY, SURGE, KNOW THE TRUTH.

Support the alumni marketing efforts, including:

  • Work with internal marketing communications partners on marketing campaigns and materials, as needed
  • Assist with creation and implementation of outreach campaigns
  • Ensure the website is developed and up to date with the most relevant and accurate information
  • Oversee all social media outreach
  • Oversee merchandise inventory
  • Trained and willing to cover holidays for other RSS staff staff

SCHEDULE:

Plan and communicate a work schedule. Must be flexible with scheduling, may be required to work evenings and weekends upon request.


DECISION MAKING:

Communicate major decisions and changes with your supervisor.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Excellent communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills; the ability to work effectively with internal teams, with community leaders, school leaders, teachers, counselors, staff, interns, clients; display superior judgment and diplomatic skills; excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask. Extremely high degree of professionalism and integrity, as well as the ability to pay attention to detail and quality standards are required.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to understand the big picture
  • Self-starter, able to work independently; ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines and remain calm while under pressure; ability to remain on task and follow through projects to their completion
  • Demonstrable commitment to the mission of ATCCC; ability to inspire others while communicating the mission of ATCCC
  • Maintain professional standards of conduct and appearance with co-workers and the public.
  • Proficient in Apple & Microsoft Office suite programs, Word, Excel, Power Po
