A career as an Executive Assistant at National Bank means contributing to the Bank's transformation and having a direct impact on clients.

In this position, you will play the role of strategic ally and partner to the Head of Client Relations, National Bank.

You will be required to carry out various tasks to optimize their time and help their business line meet its objectives.


Your role:

  • Coordinate meetings, internal committees, offsites, and internal and external appointments and ensure administrative followup
  • Write, translate or revise internal and external communications as required
  • Coordinate travel and business trips and prepare expense reports and bill payments
  • Take charge of various internal requests and act as a resource person (activities related to requests from IT, HR, etc.)
  • Confidentially interact with external organizations, senior management, and the Bank's various departments.
  • Coordinate philanthropic events and for hockey and NB Open tennis events, ensuring all related logistics
  • Efficiently manage social networks

Prerequisites:

  • Completed professional or college diploma or academic equivalent and five years of relevant experience
  • Experience as an assistant to members of senior management, an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and all the collaboration tools
  • Strong ability to adapt and be proactive
  • Professionalism, diligence, and confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team
  • Sense of autonomy, initiative, and urgency
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will frequently interact with service providers or partners who speak a language other than French
