Job duties:

Manage all customer inquiries including scheduling customer requests based on parameters

Coordinate equipment and personnel for external and internal clients

Liaise with facility operations regarding waste requirements and supplies

Support sales and field services team in quoting and executing work

Review driver and fleet equipment operating hours to ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and efficiency

Work Hours:

Full-time position

Monday to Friday schedule

Start time: 8:00 am

Average 8 to 10 hours per day


Location:
Delta, BC

Requirements:

Holder of Class 1 or 3 driver license with previous commercial driving experience, particularly within the Lower Mainland

Previous experience as a Driver Dispatcher (preferred)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Proficient in using scheduling and dispatch software
