Role

We're looking to hire a Manager, GTM and Base management within our Marketing team.

The telco industry landscape in Canada is evolving and we are looking for the best-in-class marketers with a winning, start-up and innovative mindset to help oxio pursue its fast growth and continue to be one of the most loved ISPs in Canada.

Someone that will be responsible to maximize our opportunities in Cogeco footprint leveraging traffic coming from our owned channels, and a marketer that will instill customer advocacy at oxio.

Someone who has strong business acumen, collaborative mindset and that has experience in scaling-up on developing go-to-market strategies.

In this role, you'll need a transformational and intrapreneurial mindset with a drive to change the way it has always been in the telecom industry by bringing innovative marketing programs.

You'll be joining a team of 8 marketers.


The job and what you'll need to get it done.- You'll be helping to execute a dual brand strategy at Cogeco and build the internal muscle and mechanism of a balancing act between 2 brands.- You'll accelerate growth of oxio in footprint by defining and executing a strong commercialization plan with mínimal cannibalization of Cogeco- Build on Phase 1 Launch with fully informed, excited and trained cross functional teams (core functionalities enabled: channels, websites) Automate end to end processes (fulfillment, reporting, etc) Develop a measurement framework to measure success for each phase You'll scale up the program based on test and learn results- Continue to sharpen the positioning of the 2 brands to minimize cannibalization Build strong E2E GTM plans for dual brand strategy to scale up initiatives; retention referral process, field sales team oxio student program, phase 2 pricing strategy Support coaching and incentive plans to drive performance You'll optimize processes to remove TPIA barriers and support system integration planning- Work cross functionally to support initiatives to improve customer experience, employee engagement and reduce costs Improve oxio processes; check avail, accurate tech install/self install and cx appt scheduling Work cross functionally to manage TPIA live chat team - establish process efficiencies to improve customer experience, employee engagement You'll expand referral process to oxio to support Cogeco growth and enable cross brand migrations- Establish a Cogeco referral process in oxio to refer in footprint customers Establish migration protecting revenue and cannibalization Improve Cogeco and oxio customer experience by providing an option to migrate based on needs Deliver with fully informed and trained cross functional teams You'll continually analyze, test, experiment and optimize action plans to meet targets.- You'll be responsible for channel strategy and base management programs including our referral program, loyalty and perks program.- You'll define and lead 360 GTM strategies based on market analysis, research and customer insights.- You'll keep up to date with market developments, latest digital technologies and competitor strategies.

- You'll improve cross functional collaboration by revisiting prioritization process and define clear accountabilities- You'll provide exposure and elevate the teams achievements

Qualifications- 10 years + of experience in a leadership marketing role or digital marketing- Experience growing a digital brand and building cross-functional projects- Strong skills in building effective go-to-market strategies and building marketing plan- Experience building base management programs- Data-driven ,analytical and strategic thinking- Ability to work underpressure in a highly competitive market- Experience in developing and coaching talent
